projects varying in size from 1000 SF to 350,000 SF, as well as Construction
Costs ranging from $10,000 to $90 Million Dollars.
To
date Tamborra Design and Construction
has been involved with approximately $950 Million
Dollars in Construction Projects. We are a Full Service Firm that has the
ability to take a project from Conception to Construction. We have the ability
to provide our Clients a complete Architectural and Engineering Service on all
our projects if so desired. We also have the ability to provide a complete
Interior Design Service on all our projects as well. Our Custom Designs have
varied in the past from Complete Color Schemes to the Design of Furniture.
Whatever is required from our Clients needs, we have the ability to produce it.
Tamborra Design and Construction
is more interested in providing a Full Service to our Clients and
is not motivated or intimidated by Project Size or Project Costs.
Tamborra Design and Construction
has also stepped into the 21st Century, by being able to
provide our Clients Computer Added Designs as well as Computer Animations of
their Projects. We use the latest Technology from AutoCAD, AutoVision, Corel and
3D
Studio as well. This Technology allows us to be on the leading edge of services
to our Clients. With this
Technology we are able to provide a Virtual Reality Presentation to our Clients
on their projects before a hammer even hits a nail.
We
also have the ability to provide to our Clients, if desired, a Design-Build
Service unlike any other Architectural Firm. This use of a Design-Build Concept
is not new to the Architectural Field, however we take it a step further. In the
past the Architectural Firm was also the Contractor, this presented problems in
as far as a Conflict of Interest to the Client.
We instead act as a Construction
Management Firm who represents the Client. Tamborra Design
and Construction
is involved
from the preparing of the Sub- Contractor Construction Bids, to the Management
of these Sub-Contractors on the Project. This type of Design-Build Service not
only produces a Better Project, but is a Less Expensive one as well to the
Client.
